A Standard Delivery charge of £10.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland (including without limitation the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Isle of White) a charge of £25.00 + VAT is added to all packages under 10Kg.

Your parcel will be delivered by either royalmail parcel post or national courier City Link , all parcels will require a signature at delivery.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email: returns@hack-n-tack.com within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 10 working days.
Please note that deliveries ALWAYS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, and you have not stated that the goods can be signed for safely by a neighbour, then the courier will leave a card (if you do not receive a card on the expected day of delivery then please contact us immediately) confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to re-arrange delivery or to collect your goods from the local depot.
